- Subscription and service records: vendor registration status, relevant payment confirmation or transaction references where a paid feature is used. Payments may be processed by payment service providers.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, approximate location inferred from technical information, pages viewed, activity logs, cookie identifiers and basic diagnostic information.
- Communications: requests, complaints, support messages, vendor reports and any other information you send to us.
Please avoid publishing personal information in listings that you do not want other people to see.
3. How and Why We Use Information
We process information as needed to:
- Set up, authenticate, maintain and support user and vendor accounts.
- Display store profiles, products and vendor contact details to enable genuine customer-vendor communications.

Public visibility does not mean that a vendor has agreed to receive unrelated commercial advertising, mass recruitment messages or third-party promotional campaigns. The permitted uses of information made accessible through BRYT DGM are also addressed in our Terms and Conditions.
Vendors remain independent businesses and may freely choose to work with other marketplaces or services.
6. Third-Party Collection, Marketing and Misuse of Vendor Contacts
BRYT DGM does not authorize visitors or third parties to systematically collect, extract or compile vendor contact details from our website for unsolicited advertising, bulk messaging, competing-platform recruitment or commercial contact databases, whether the collection is carried out manually or by automated means.
Third parties that independently collect or use personal information are responsible for identifying their own lawful basis, providing any required privacy information and respecting individuals' rights under applicable law. A third party's access to publicly displayed data does not automatically establish consent to direct marketing.
If you believe your contact details were obtained through BRYT DGM and misused, contact support@brytdgm.name.ng with relevant evidence. We may investigate and take reasonable action that is lawful and technically available to us. We cannot guarantee that all unauthorized copying or contact by third parties will be prevented.
7. When We Share Information
We do not sell users' personal information as a business practice. Information may nevertheless be available or shared in these circumstances:
- With website visitors: publicly listed vendor information, including details a vendor chooses to display.

We do not treat publication of a vendor contact number as permission for unrelated businesses to use that number for unsolicited promotional messaging.

We do not knowingly permit accounts for people younger than 16. If we become aware that information was collected contrary to our eligibility rules or applicable law, we will take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

Links or contact buttons may take you to third-party websites, payment providers, messaging services or vendor channels. We do not control those parties' privacy practices. Please read their policies before providing information to them.
